Brillionaire® Grant Back to ApplicationThe AI Powered Business Grant
This document governs participation in the AI Powered Business Grant ("the Grant"), hosted by The Brillionaire® on behalf of Brillionaires, LLC, in connection with funding provided through the Woodson Center. By applying, you agree to the terms below.
To be considered for the Grant, applicants must:
Selection is at the sole discretion of The Brillionaire and Brillionaires, LLC. Submitting an application does not guarantee selection. There is no cost to apply.
If selected, you agree to complete an initial baseline assessment before receiving any grant funds or beginning mentorship. This assessment captures your starting point so progress can be honestly measured over the 5-month program.
You agree to complete a follow-up assessment at the end of the program using the same measures.
As a condition of receiving and keeping your grant funds, you agree to:
Failure to meet these obligations may result in delayed, reduced, or forfeited remaining grant payments, at the sole discretion of Brillionaires, LLC.
Grant funds must be used toward launching or growing an AI-related business — tools, training, equipment, marketing, or other direct business expenses. Funds may not be used for non-business personal expenses. Monthly deliverables are how fund use is verified.
At acceptance, each recipient chooses one of the following, which is final once selected:
For monthly-payout recipients, if a given month's deliverables or assigned tasks are not completed, that month's payment may be withheld until submitted, or forfeited if not submitted within 10 business days of the due date.
Two consecutive months of non-compliance may result in removal from the program and forfeiture of all remaining unpaid funds.
Grant funds may be considered taxable income. Recipients are solely responsible for determining and meeting any tax obligations related to funds received, and should consult a tax professional. Brillionaires, LLC and/or The Woodson Center may issue applicable tax forms (e.g., 1099) as required by law.
I grant The Brillionaire and Brillionaires, LLC, The Woodson Center and its affiliates permission to use my name, story, photo, video, and testimonial in marketing materials related to this Grant and related programs, both during and after the program period, without additional compensation.
Participation in this Grant does not create an employment relationship between the recipient and Brillionaires, LLC or the Woodson Center. Recipients are not agents, employees, or contractors of either organization.
Brillionaires, LLC makes no guarantee that participation in this program will result in business success, profit, or any specific outcome. Mentorship and funding are provided in good faith; results depend significantly on the recipient's own effort and circumstances.
Recipients agree to keep any proprietary materials, strategies, or internal program content shared during mentorship confidential, and not to repurpose or resell them outside the program.
To the extent permitted by law, recipients release Brillionaires, LLC, The Brillionaire, and the Woodson Center from liability for any loss, damage, or harm arising from participation in the program.
Baseline and follow-up assessment data, along with monthly deliverable content, may be shared with the Woodson Center and program funders for reporting and impact-tracking purposes.
Grant funds are not a loan and do not need to be repaid, except in cases of fraud, material misrepresentation in the application, or a clear, willful breach of these terms.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith direct communication between the parties before any further action is taken.
By submitting an application, I confirm that I have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full, and that I understand grant funds and continued participation are conditioned on meeting the obligations described above.
